Wastewater Recycle System

To better respond to the "energy saving and discharge reduction" call, we have produced the wastewater recycle system that can reduce wastewater discharge on the basis of discharging according to relevant standards. The copper-containing low-concentration leaching wastewater produced on production line can be pre-treated through IX system, with the use of IX+ wastewater recycle process.

IX System

Then, pretreated water flows into ultrafiltration system and RO system for corresponding treatment, and after meeting production line requirements on softened water, it will be stored in softened water tank for supply to production line. In this way, wastewater recycle purpose is achieved.
