To meet production line requirements on pure water quality, and carry out pre-desalination for subsequent system, we must carry out reverse osmosis treatment of raw water and remove most of the salt, colloids, organics and other impurities in water. Before reverse osmosis treatment, we must add composite scale inhibitor to prevent the surface deposition of reverse osmosis membrane caused by the fouling on concentrated water side, and avoid the surface damage of reverse osmosis membrane caused by rising pressure difference. After completion of pre-treatment, the water will be conveyed through RO high-pressure pump to reverse osmosis unit to remove most of the inorganic salt, colloids, organics, microorganisms (bacteria, heat source, etc.) and other impurities in water.
