Water Filtration System And Equipment

To meet production line requirements on the quality of to-be-filtered water, and ensure the safety, reliability and cost-efficiency of subsequent system operation, we must carry out pre-treatment of raw water, make sure the treated water meets inflow water quality requirements, and prevent the damage caused to softening resins and reverse osmosis membranes by colloidal material, suspended solids, organics or microorganisms, etc. Raw water will be firstly conveyed to disc filter to intercept the suspended solids in the water. The disc filter is composed of a group of discs with grooves on both sides, and the intersections formed by groove edges can intercept the solids in water. With surface interception and deep cohesion functions, disc filter can greatly improve the filtering effect. In addition, thanks to such characteristics as highly efficient backwash, automatic continuous operation, low water consumption, small occupied area and reliable operation of disc filter, the backwashing and the operation in filter system can go on alternately and switch automatically, ensuring continuous water outflow and small system pressure loss. So we can say disc filter has very significant technology advantages. 

The treated water will continue to be conveyed to activated carbon filter to remove the suspended solids, organics and chloride in water, as well as remove the free residual chlorine, odor, color, organics and other impurities that can hardly be removed by conventional means.
