Ultrapure Water System And Equipment

To meet production line requirements on ultrapure water quality, we can adopt grade-2 RO reverse osmosis system and EDI ion exchange system. Raw water, after treatment through grade-2 RO system and EDI ultrapure water system, will be supplied to production line. Raw water firstly passes grade-2 RO reverse osmosis unit to remove the salt, colloids, organics and other impurities in water, and then flows into EDI system for ion exchange. EDI device is used after reverse osmosis system to replace traditional mixed ion exchange technology (MB-DI) to produce stable deionized water.
