Service Standards

1. Quality: All the main equipment and ancillary equipment are proved qualified through the inspection carried out by relevant state authorities.

2. Technology: the engineering solution and equipment submitted are supported by the processes and technologies that are adopted according to such principles as optimal technology under same price, optimal price for same technology and process, and optimal ratio between specific engineering technology and price.

3. Supply: we will transport goods to the place specified in the contract between the parties, strictly according to the time and manner specified in the contract.

4. Construction: we will strictly control and select qualified construction contractor with management advantages, and form a special project management organization to control the progress of each project.

Service Commitments

We Will Follow Six Service Systems.

1. We promise to accept product return and replacement requests proposed within three months from purchase date due to quality problems.

2. We will reply within 24 hours upon receipt of any comment or request.

3. If it is confirmed by us as necessary to replace any product part, we will send it out within 24 hours. 

4. In case of any abnormality or failure, our after-sales service engineer will arrive at user site within 48 hours.

5. Lifetime technical support.

6. We offer three services 'for free': free consulting provided by experts, provision of solutions for free, and free pre-sales training about system.
